Milk Chocolate Chunk Brownies

So what makes these brownies better than all the others.... It's all about the recipe and ingredients!  They are baked using pure butter, free range eggs (from Phillpots Farm, West Hoathly), a beautiful Fairtrade, rich, dark Belgian chocolate, sugar and flour.  And nothing else! The recipe we have honed over many years of tinkering with the quantities to get just the right amount of gooeyness, the right depth of chocolatiness and the perfect sweetness.  And, if I do say so myself, I think we've got it spot on! They are wrapped in baking parchment and tied with a satin ribbon and gift tag.  You can also add a personalised message to be included in the parcel - please add the words for this below if required.

The brownies are sent Royal Mail First Class and this is included in the price  This should mean next day delivery but doesn't always - so bear this in mind when you are ordering.  Perhaps allow an extra day if its crucial they are there by a certain time. 

If you place your order by midday, your package of brownies will be posted on the following working day. If you would like them to arrive in time for a certain date in the future, please specify this in the ‘notes’ section on the ‘order’ page, and I will make sure they arrive in good time.

They are packaged in a cardboard box, stuffed with brown paper and wrapped in a recyclable baking parchment.  We're not a fan of single use plastic so have avoided it here. They brownies are sadly too generous a portion to fit through a letterbox.  We do not include an invoice or receipt in with your brownies as so many of them are sent as a gift. Instead we email the receipt to you directly.
