Hi, I’m Caroline and I am the chocolate lover and baker behind The Lindfield Brownie Company.  I love cake. I always have, and for the last 14 years I have been baking it for the people of Lindfield, Sussex. 

At The Lindfield Brownie Company, as well as specialising in brownies and tray bakes, we bake for local coffee shops and private clients weddings, birthdays and celebration cakes. We also cater for lots of private parties. 

Our brownies are a step ahead of the rest. After many years of perfecting the recipe we have a product which is more than just a bit special. Made with simple ingredients, beautiful  Belgian Fairtrade dark chocolate, free range eggs from Phillpotts Farm, West Hoathly, pure English butter, sugar, flour and nothing else, they are a pure and simple joy to eat.
